FAMILY FUN
A day out with the kids is always easier when there’s something to keep them entertained! That’s why we’ve introduced a programme of in-centre activities throughout the year to add some fun for the whole family. Keep a look out for our free Craft Club pop-ups during the school holidays, and don’t forget to take part in our fun, free Turkey Trail from 13th-24th December. Just pick up a trail map at Guest Services and collect a festive treat when you’ve found all 12 of our Christmas turkeys hiding in our store windows!
ACCESSIBILITY FOR ALL
We want Trinity Leeds to be accessible to all our guests. Our Changing Places toilet includes an adjustable adult-sized hoist system, space for up to three people, and a non-slip floor. Find it in our East Toilets, next to the Everyman Cinema.
We’ve also partnered with AccessAble and Colostomy UK to provide stoma-friendly facilities in East Toilets, and Bins for Boys in all our male toilets.
A CALMER VISIT
From 9am-11am every Tuesday, we keep the noise down for those who prefer a calmer shopping environment. We’ve also introduced sensory backpacks, packed full of items to assist children and adults with autism. These are available to hire free of charge from our Guest Services Lounge. With ear defenders, sensory toys and a hidden disabilities lanyard, they’re a great way to make your visit easier.
FINDING YOUR WAY
Our large-print maps, available from Guest Services, make it easier than ever to find your way around Trinity Leeds. We also have several wheelchairs and self-drive scooters available for free hire.
GIFT CARD PERKS
Our Trinity Leeds gift cards are now available for use via Apple Pay, making it even easier to give the gift of choice. Nearly all of our brands participate in our gift card scheme, making them the perfect gift when you need some inspiration.
