Happy Pride! It’s important to us that everyone feels safe and welcome at Trinity Leeds – not just during Pride Month, but all of the time. We stand united in Pride with the LGBTQ+ community and against discrimination. We see you, this Pride and all year round. Celebrate Pride in Yorkshire
🌈 Leeds Pride Festival, the biggest celebration of LGBTQ+ life in Yorkshire, takes place on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th July. Welcoming over 70,000 people each year, you can look forward to a colourful parade taking off from outside the Town Hall, as well as a buzzing festival lineup, featuring La Voix, Bagachipz and Livin’ Joy ft. Luzahnn.
There’ll also be market stalls, local community events and an official afterparty to get involved in on Pride weekend. Plus, for the whole of July you can enjoy a month-long festival of food and festivities at EAT DRINK PRIDE, giving you exclusive discounts and offers at venues across the city.
Leeds Pride is delivered by Leeds Pride Community Group Limited, who work to create opportunities for LGBTQ+ people around Leeds to connect and support each other.
🌈 York Pride returns on 30th May, with a vibrant celebration of love, equality and community on the Knavesmire. After parading through York city centre, you can look forward to a spectacular main stage lineup, including Nadine Coyle, Joe McElderry, Urban Cookie Collective, as well as a Cabaret Stage featuring iconic drag, cabaret and queer performers. There’ll also be a dedicated dance tent, two bars, food and drink traders, an expanded Family Area, and the UK’s largest one-day funfair.
🌈 Scarborough Pride takes place on 12th September, with a colourful parade, live performances and all-day family fun. Make sure you follow them on socials or head to their website to keep updated.
🌈 Doncaster Pride is back and better than ever on 8th August! Taking place on Town Fields, get ready for a celebratory parade, two stages of live entertainment, local market vendors, and delicious food and drink.
