About the role

This is a part-time Sales Consultant role. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales consulting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will involve communicating with customers, consulting on jewellery and delivering a personalised shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Sales Consulting and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in consulting on luxury items
  • Ability to provide personalised service
  • Previous experience in a retail sales role
  • Knowledge of luxury jewellery and watch trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
