This role requires someone ready to coach and support a team of professional Sales Advisors within a luxury retail environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that every customer enjoys a truly memorable Diamonds & Thrills experience from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the team to foster a high-performance sales culture.

• Consistently achieving personal sales targets.

• Delivering 5-star hospitality and an extraordinary customer experience.

• Merchandising jewellery in line with ROX’s visual standards and guidelines.

• Maintaining superior store presentation and standards.

• Carrying out day-to-day operational tasks.

• Acting as a proud brand ambassador for ROX.

Skills & Experience Required:

• A minimum of two years’ sales experience in a highly customer-focused retail or hospitality setting.

• Proven experience working to targets and KPIs.

• A strong interest in fashion and luxury retail.

• A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

• High energy, drive, and a genuine passion to succeed.

• A strong desire to learn about diamonds, jewellery, and watches.
