Job Description
This is a full-time position (38 hours) in the Swarovski Leeds Trinity store and in this role and together with the team, you will:
- Strive for excellence and go the extra mile in every customer interaction to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Recruit, lead, and grow a team with a growth mindset, passion, and enthusiasm.
- Exceed personal and team service and sales targets.

Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Experience in Store Management.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques.
- Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is a plus.
