    Franco Manca has got some fresh new dishes that are perfect for summer starting with a trio of salads. The new Summer Salad is full of sunshine: think asparagus, baby plum tomatoes, caramelised red onions, and toasted pine kernel are yellow fin tuna or free range chicken options. Or if you're craving something classic, the new Caprese is simple and indulgent: creamy burrata, ripe tomatoes, pine kernels, and basil pesto. Not in the mood for salad? A legend has returned, Franco’s Organic Margherita – organic tomato, buffalo mozzarella, and the sweetest red Piennolo tomatoes, straight from Vesuvio and lots of basil, it’s the perfect summer treat.

    This summer, it’s not just Aperol at Franco Manca. Enjoy a tour of Italy through a full range of spritzes. Think light and refreshing elderflower in a Hugo Spritz, a zesty summery Limoncello Spritz, or enjoy a real taste of Italy with a Campari Spritz, and many more!     This summer’s Sourdough Cup winner is here! Enrico’s pizza features a vibrant yellow tomato base, crispy speck, Franco’s signature mozzarella, and a creamy Pecorino sauce inspired by his Sardinian roots. Finished with slow-roasted cherry tomatoes bursting with flavour, it’s a must-try.
