Land Securities – Win Your Wishmas Game Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to Trinity Leeds Win Your Wishmas Game run by Land Securities.

All participants in our Trinity Leeds Win Your Wishmas Game (“participants”) will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions.

Conditions for entry

1 The Game is open to UK residents aged 18 or over but excluding the following:

1.1 any employees (and their family members) of Land Securities, and its associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies;

1.2 employees (and their family members) of any of the shops, cafes, restaurants and other outlets located at Trinity Leeds; and

1.3 anyone else professionally associated with the Land Securities group or this promotion.

How to enter

2 To be eligible for Trinity Leeds Win Your Wishmas Game, the participant must register and play the game to be entered for a chance of winning.

3 No purchase or other payment is necessary to play the Game.

4 Each participant will only have 1 entry into the Game.

5 Land Securities has the right to disqualify any participant not complying with, or any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions.

6 Entries sent in through agents or third parties will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will be disqualified.

The prizes

7 The four prizes for Trinity Leeds Win Your Wishmas Game will consist of a £500 Trinity Leeds Gift Card.

8 There is no alternative prize to that stated above, and in particular, there is no cash alternative and no element of the prize is transferable.

9 Land Securities retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of a similar value at its discretion.

Selection of the winner and collecting prizes

10 There will be four winners and four prizes of £500 each.

11 Trinity Leeds Win Your Wishmas Competition will close at 11.59 pm on 21 December 2025.

12 The winners will be chosen at random by computer systems and notified by email (using the details provided on the competition entry) within 4 working days of the date on which the winners win the Game.

13 In the event that Land Securities (having used its reasonable endeavours to do so) is unable to contact a winner within 20 days of the draw closing date, then Land Securities reserves the right to draw another winner.

14 The winners shall be required to collect the prize in person from Trinity Leeds Guest Services and he or she will be required to confirm their email address and present valid photo ID to Land Securities to verify his or her identity. Land Securities shall provide more specific information about the pick up location when it sends notification of the win from Landsec Shopping Centre Marketing email address; Shoppingcentremarketing@landsec.com.

15 The surname and county of the winner may be published on Trinity Leeds’ social media.

16 Land Securities’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17 Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond their control and for any act
or default of any third party supplier.

18 The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

19 The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter, its staff, associated companies and their staff or other entrants, which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or
offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

20 Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and have agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.

21 This promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of, or in connection with, this promotion.

Use of data

22 By entering the competition you confirm that Land Securities may use information provided during competition entry to store customer data, and contact the participant by social media, email or SMS about Trinity Leeds and other new developments, services, offers, news, events and any other information we consider may be of interest to the participant.

23 Land Securities may also pass on the information to companies within its group of companies so they can contact participants by social media, email or SMS with details of developments and/or activities which may interest the participant.

24 Land Securities shall not pass on the details of any participant other than as set out in these terms and conditions. Opt-ins will be shared with Sephora marketing as required.
